The Anantara Dragon Seseh Bali hotel, developed by Ukrainian company Taryan Group, has been named the best in the world in the category of New Hotel Construction and Design, according to CNN.
The Anantara Dragon Seseh Bali project received the "Best in the World" award in the New Hotel Construction and Design category at the International Property Awards, with the ceremony held this past weekend in London.
Designed by renowned British architect John Doze, the Anantara Dragon Seseh Bali hotel drew the judges’ attention with its unconventional dragon-shaped architectural concept. Its design, closely integrated with Bali’s coastal landscape, offers a visual experience distinct from traditional resort typologies.
In addition to winning the main category, the project was also recognized as the best in the Asia-Pacific region in three categories: New Hotel Construction and Design, Hotel Architecture, and Developer Website, according to the competition committee.

This is already the developer's third consecutive project (after Taryan Towers and Nver) to receive the "Best in the World" award at the International Property Awards.
According to the award organizers, winning three consecutive global titles across different types of real estate is an extremely rare achievement in the global industry.
"This victory demonstrates that projects created in Ukraine are not only able to compete at the highest international level but can also become the best each time. This is exactly what we expect from every project — to ensure that each new project surpasses the previous one," commented Taryan Group founder and CEO Artur Mkhitaryan.
About the International Property Awards
The International Property Awards are considered the most prestigious global awards in the real estate sector.
Each year, the judging panel consists of over 100 independent experts from various countries, including members of the British upper establishment — lords and aristocrats — as well as international market professionals.
The selection process is carried out in several stages and does not allow commercial influence on the final decisions.
