Homemade bread with crust in baking sleeve by Hector Jimenez-Bravo

Making crusty bread at home is easier than you might think. All you need is a baking sleeve, which you can purchase at any your local store.
The famous chef and Ukrainian MasterChef judge Hector Jimenez-Bravo shared the recipe of delicious homemade bread.
Ingredients:
- Water - 400 ml
- Sugar - 1.5 tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Dry yeast - 12 g
- Wheat flour - 600 g
- Oil - 2 tbsp (+ 3 tbsp for greasing the surface)
Directions:
1. Knead the dough, cover it with plastic wrap, and leave it in a warm place for 2 hours.
2. Shape the dough into a loaf, sprinkle with flour, and make incisions with a sharp knife.
3. Place it in the sleeve and leave it for 15 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Bake for 1 hour or until golden brown. Done!
