"My favorite high-protein breakfast combines cottage cheese, yogurt, and protein powder in a triple threat of protein, ensuring you start your day with a satisfying and nutritious meal," said the dietitian.

To make a healthy breakfast, you will need the following ingredients:

  • Half a cup of cottage cheese
  • Half a cup of unsweetened Greek yogurt
  • 1 serving of chocolate protein powder
  • Half a cup of raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon of grated chocolate

This breakfast will contain 425 calories and 41 grams of protein. It will also provide your body with fats, sodium, and carbohydrates.

Let's start cooking. Pour cheese, yogurt, and dry protein into the blender bowl. Beat the mixture, and if it seems too dry to you, you can easily change the consistency by simply adding a few tablespoons of plain water.

Then add chocolate chips and mix again. After that, transfer the mixture to a plate, and arrange the berries on top. If you don't like raspberries, choose any other berry or fruit.

You can garnish this breakfast with syrup, but consider this when calculating calories. Additionally, you can add chia seeds and other healthy ingredients to the mousse.

"Fiber and healthy fat offer more balance at breakfast by slowing down absorption, keeping you full for longerr," noted the dietitian.
