'Hello, Ukraine!' Wednesday cast sends special message in new season promo

On August 6, the second season of the popular series "Wednesday," which combines elements of horror and mystery, premiered on the Netflix platform. On the occasion of the release, the main star of the show, American actress Jenna Ortega, addressed the Ukrainian audience directly and invited them to watch the new season, according to the official Instagram page of Netflixua.
In the video, 22-year-old Jenna appeared in a stylized dark look, wearing a leather dress and with her hair tied in a bun.
"Hello, Ukraine! Nevermore is calling. More monsters, more mysteries, more morbidity. 'Wednesday' season 2 is now flying on Netflix," the actress said.
Another character, Thing (Victor Dorobantu), who in the series is literally Wednesday’s right hand, also recorded a personal message for Ukrainians.
"Hello, Ukraine," said Victor, and added: "This season will be more dark and more twisted."
The video received an active response from Ukrainian viewers. In the comments, many shared their emotions, particularly saying that the mention of Ukraine gave them "goosebumps."
By the way, similar messages were prepared for other countries as well. This approach became part of the promo campaign. Creators decided to personalize the promotion and engage a global audience.
As a reminder, the first four episodes of the second season of "Wednesday" are now available on Netflix.
The final episodes will be released on September 3. According to the creators, the new season will delve deeper into the story of the Addams family and feature even more mysterious events.
