The powerful electric GMC Hummer pickup has been spotted in Ukraine for the first time. The electric vehicle is powered by a three-motor system delivering 1,014 horsepower, according to the Instagram account Topcars_ua.
Mass production of the GMC Hummer EV pickup began on December 17, 2021, at the Factory Zero plant in Detroit, and the model went on sale at the end of 2022. The Hummer EV is currently available in two versions: a pickup and an SUV. It is built on a modular platform featuring independent suspension on all wheels and is powered by an Ultium battery.
The Ultium lithium-ion battery has a capacity of 212.7 kilowatt-hours, allowing the electric vehicle to travel up to 500 kilometers on a single charge. The top speed is electronically limited to 170 kilometers per hour. In the US, prices for the vehicle start at $112,500.
The model's equipment includes transparent removable roof panels, a Kicker audio system integrated into the pickup’s tailgate, and an optional Extreme Off-Road Package. It’s worth noting that the GMC Hummer is not officially available on the Ukrainian market.
