Fusion AI E-Bike: How futuristic smart bike will differ from regular one
Urtopia is set to officially present its new futuristic Fusion bicycle, incorporating artificial intelligence (AI), to the public in the near future. The developers have announced the beginning of a new era - the AI E-Bike.
RBC-Ukraine provides details about Urtopia, the Fusion bicycle, and what sets it apart from conventional bicycles.
For preparing the material, the following sources were used: Urtopia eBike page on the social network X, NewUrtopia, Urtopia - The Smartest E-Bike YouTube channel, and InsideEVs.
Urtopia's achievements
At the specialized international exhibition Eurobike 2023, the Chinese startup Urtopia unveiled the world's first electric bicycle with integrated ChatGPT.

According to information from InsideEVs, Fusion will feature the Bafang M510 motor with a torque of 90 Newton-meters and a nominal power of 250 watts (in accordance with European e-bike legislation).
The battery of this bicycle can have a capacity of 353 watt-hours, with a target range of 180 kilometers on a single charge.
Fusion brakes from Urtopia may consist of Magura MT4 eSTOP hydraulic blocks.
Experts suggest that the wheels could be 28 inches with Schwalbe Big Apple balloon tires for a comfortable ride.
The frame of Fusion will have a minimalist, futuristic design.
Role of Artificial Intelligence
Urtopia X ChatGPT, already presented to users, has its own "smart" assistant. The innovation is based on the capabilities of the ChatGPT neural network and is intended to play the role of a "co-pilot" or navigator.

According to some experts, the functionality of "smart" bicycles could be significantly expanded in the future.
Artificial intelligence is expected to help cyclists plan routes, monitor road conditions, receive real-time information about weather conditions, and more.
During long journeys, the neural network could assist individuals in controlling the audio system or serve as a conversation partner.
Some believe Fusion may receive other high-tech features - Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS with 4G support, fingerprint sensor for activation, etc.
Some speculate that the application of "smart" technologies will also allow the integration of Google Maps, Apple Health, and even Strava (a sports activity tracking app) into the bicycle system.
Earlier, we discussed how artificial intelligence is used for fraud and what can be done about it.
