Frontrunner for British prime minister promised continuous help to Ukraine
Labour Party leader Keir Starmer, the frontrunner for the position of Britain's Prime Minister, has assured that he will continue to support Ukraine in its war with Russia, citing Sky News.
"With Labour, the UK's military, financial, diplomatic, and political support for Ukraine will remain steadfast," Starmer said in the Labour Party's opposition manifesto.
He also added that Labour will continue to support the establishment of a special tribunal for the crime of aggression to hold Putin's Russia accountable.
According to Starmer, his party supports the confiscation of the aggressor country's assets and their use to aid Ukraine.
"And we will play a leading role in providing Ukraine with a clear path to NATO membership," the Labour leader added in the manifesto.
