French Foreign Minister Jean-Noël Barrot will arrive in Kyiv on Monday, July 21. He will take part in a meeting of ambassadors.

"I am going to Kyiv. I will take part in a conference of ambassadors and on behalf of France, I will reaffirm our unwavering support for the sovereignty, territorial integrity, and freedom of the Ukrainian people," he wrote.

The French Foreign Minister also posted a photo from the train, which is likely to be heading to the Ukrainian capital.

Conference of ambassadors

Today, July 21, a conference of Ukrainian ambassadors titled From the strength of diplomacy to the diplomacy of strength will be held in Kyiv. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy is expected to speak at the event.

On the eve of July 20, dozens of Ukrainian ambassadors visited Zaporizhzhia region, which is located along the front line. According to Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha, the ambassadors visited the positions directly, as well as the Orikhiv district and the city of Orikhiv.

Sybiha also reported to the president on the ambassadors' visit to Zaporizhzhia region. Zelenskyy outlined the main tasks facing Ukrainian diplomats: the supply and production of weapons, the rebuilding of Ukraine, and sanctions against Russia.
