Forum of Reconstruction of Ukraine in Istanbul: Meeting with Turkish government representatives occurs

Today, on January 31, the Forum on the Reconstruction of Ukraine is taking place in Istanbul. The Minister for Communities and Territories Development and Infrastructure of Ukraine, Oleksandr Kubrakov, held a meeting with representatives of the Turkish government, according to the Ukrainian Minister on X.
The Forum on the Reconstruction of Ukraine is being held in Istanbul this time. It will be preceded by a series of bilateral meetings.
Vice Prime Minister for Reconstruction of Ukraine, Oleksandr Kubrakov, announced that he has already met with the Minister of Trade of Türkiye, Ömer Bolat, and the Minister of Transport and Infrastructure of Türkiye, Abdulkadir URALOĞLU.
"Forum will contribute to the increased trade potential of our countries, expand logistics and foreign economic relations. We have a common goal – the Black Sea is to become an area of cooperation, trade and economic growth. Important to attract private investments in the recovery of infrastructure," Kubrakov noted.
The minister added that this year, Ukraine's priorities will include projects aimed at the restoration of energy, housing, and critical and social infrastructure.
"I'm thankful for Türkiye's willingness to actively participate in the implementation of projects to recover infrastructure," he emphasized.

Conference on Ukraine's reconstruction
Ukraine has organized international conferences to attract investments for the country's reconstruction after Russia's aggressive war.
Previously, conferences were held in London and Rome, and on February 19, a similar forum will occur in Tokyo.
