Forget 'Dubai-style' and make 'fluffy' chocolate: New treat takes over trends How to make the new treat – "fluffy" chocolate (Collage by RBC-Ukraine)

Not everyone has had the chance to try Dubai chocolate, which became a trend last year, and now it already has a competitor - the "fluffy" chocolate, also known as "Angel Hair." This treat stands out with its unique fibrous texture and rich flavor. Surprisingly, it's made with just two ingredients.

How to make "fluffy" chocolate at home, based on a recipe from Katya Rybalka on TikTok.

What you’ll need

200 grams of chocolate – white or pink

30-40 grams of pishmaniye – Turkish royal halva

How to make "fluffy" chocolate

Place the chocolate in a bowl and melt it using a double boiler.

Pour half of the melted chocolate into a silicone mold and place it in the freezer until fully set.

Place the "Angel Hair" (pishmaniye) on top of the hardened chocolate and spread it evenly.

Pour the remaining melted chocolate over the pishmaniye. Be careful not to use chocolate that is too hot, as it may melt the pishmaniye.

Place the finished chocolate bar back in the fridge until fully set.

That’s it! The "fluffy" chocolate trend is complete, and you can now enjoy this dessert, which is quickly gaining popularity. Especially since you won’t find these chocolate bars in stores in Ukraine yet!
