Situation in Crimea
Crimea was occupied by Russian troops in 2014. Since then, Russian invaders have turned the peninsula into a huge military base, surrounding it with air defense.
The Defense Forces of Ukraine are constantly attacking military targets in Crimea. In particular, guerrillas help them reconnoiter. For example, guerrillas recently reconnoitered the Russian base at Cape Fiolent. In particular, Russian air defense systems are located there.
One of the main fears of the occupiers is an attack on the Crimean Bridge, an illegally built crossing that connects Crimea with the Russian mainland. Thus, the occupiers are trying to protect the bridge from a possible attack.
In early October, guerrillas recorded the transportation of S-300 missiles to air defense systems in Crimea. It was a complex located near the Kerch Bridge.
