Explosions and a fire broke out at an oil refinery in Ryazan, Russia. The causes are still unknown, according to Russian media.
According to their information, before the fire, locals heard an air raid alarm. Some channels also reported that the Ryazan refinery had been hit, after which smoke began to rise above the plant.
There has been no official comment so far.
On October 10, another tanker caught fire at the oil depot in Feodosia, which was attacked by the Ukrainian army on October 7. The fire has been going on for 4 days. This refinery was the largest in Crimea in terms of transshipment of petroleum products for the needs of the Russian forces.
