The Parkovy Congress and Exhibition Center came under a Russian attack. The building was damaged, according to the Lean Institute in Ukraine, Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko, and the Kyiv branch of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (DSNS).
Parkovy Congress and Exhibition Center damaged in attack
During another air raid alert on September 23, videos showing smoke rising above the Parkovy Congress and Exhibition Center were posted online.
At 5:15 p.m. Kyiv time, Klitschko wrote about a drone falling onto the grounds of a non-residential complex in Kyiv’s Pecherskyi district.
Later, the Lean Institute in Ukraine reported an "emergency incident" and damage to part of the Parkovy building. The incident occurred during the first day of the Lean Summit.
"According to preliminary information, everyone is alive and unharmed. That is the most important thing right now. We hope that each of you is doing well," the statement said.
Updated at 8:55 p.m. The Kyiv branch of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported a strike on the exhibition center. According to rescuers, the roof was damaged. The fire at the site of the strike was extinguished.

Earlier, RBC-Ukraine reported that the September 23 attack on Kyiv damaged the telecommunications networks of the online bookstore Knyharnia Ye, causing some services to be temporarily unavailable.
In addition, one of Kyiv’s data centers was damaged on September 23. As a result, UTELS and Pavutyna provider networks experienced disruptions to communications and access to some services.
It was also reported that 41 people in Kyiv were injured as a result of today’s Russian strikes on the capital.
