How many Ukrainians are stranded in the Gaza Strip Recall that after the start of hostilities between Hamas terrorists and the Israeli army in the Gaza Strip, hundreds of Ukrainians became stranded in the enclave, effectively becoming hostages of Hamas.

Before the start of the evacuation, there were approximately 357 Ukrainians in the Gaza Strip, primarily women and children.

At present, there are 6,000 foreign nationals who have applied for evacuation from the Gaza Strip.

On November 1, Egypt allowed the exit of foreigners from Gaza through the Rafah border crossing, after which the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine announced the preparation for evacuation, including 358 Ukrainians on the list.
