EU discusses support additional package for Ukraine, reports say

The European Union is discussing an additional package of military assistance to Ukraine. The amount and specific terms of the aid have not been determined yet, reports Radio Liberty's Rikard Jozwiak.
Today, at a meeting of EU foreign ministers, the issue of providing an additional package of military assistance to Ukraine was discussed.
There is currently no final agreement on the exact amount, but, as Rickard Joswiak noted, “20 billion euro is likely minimum, can go up to 30 bn.”
According to him, the discussion will continue at a meeting with EU leaders next week. The EU is expected to decide what additional support measures can be taken in the near future.
Assistance to Ukraine
Prime Minister of Norway Jonas Gahr Støre announced that in 2025 the country will provide 3.5 billion euros to Ukraine to support its needs. Norway is also ready to increase the amount of financial assistance in the future.
In addition, Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez announced a new military aid package for Ukraine worth €1 billion in 2025. Spain also intends to create a special Ukrainian hub in Alicante.
At the same time, Ursula von der Leyen said that the European Union will provide Ukraine with 3.5 billion euros in March and will increase support for energy security. The EU will also continue to supply Ukraine with weapons and ammunition.
