The European Commission is planning to create an equity fund to further assist Ukraine, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz says.
Scholz emphasizes that Ukraine currently needs opportunities to improve access to capital for Ukrainian businesses.
“So I want to boast that the European Commission has just announced the creation of an equity fund that will mobilize important funds for Ukraine,” the Chancellor says.
