Pseudo-elections in the occupation
Russian terrorists hold so-called "elections" at various levels of occupation, including "by-elections" for State Duma deputies, "elections" of regional heads and legislative officials.
As noted in Germany, pseudo-elections are a typical propaganda stunt that Berlin will not recognize.
According to U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken, in this way, terrorists seek to strengthen their illegal claims to occupied territories.
