Drones strike Russia's Belgorod, FSB building reportedly hit

Belgorod came under a massive drone attack. According to monitoring channels, a likely target could have been the FSB building in the city, according to OSINT channels.
What is known about the attack
According to preliminary data, strikes were recorded on the FSB and Ministry of Internal Affairs buildings – a fire broke out there, and secondary explosions were heard.
In the courtyards, cars are on fire after the attack.
In Belgorod itself, there was an emergency power outage — residents of Kharkivska Hill and the city center were left without electricity.

On the night of July 24–25, drones had already attacked the city — at that time, logistics warehouses and energy facilities were on fire, including the Lych thermal power plant and the Yuzhnaya substation.
Earlier, it was reported that Belgorod had lost a quarter of its gas stations due to drone attacks — over the course of several days, more than a quarter of all gas stations in the city and the surrounding agglomeration were hit.
