On the night of July 30, drones attacked Russia’s key port of Taman in the Krasnodar Krai, according to Russian media and Telegram channels.

"Today, July 30, 2026, a drone attack occurred at the port of Taman in the Krasnodar Krai. There are casualties, and damage to the port infrastructure has been reported," the press service of the Southern Transport Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation says.

NASA’s Firms satellite detected at least 10 large fire hotspots within the port area. A trail of black smoke is visible even from occupied Crimea.

The port of Taman in the Krasnodar Krai is one of the key logistics hubs in southern Russia.

Due to its geographical location, the port also plays a major role in supplying petroleum products and goods to Crimea.

New strikes against Russia

On the night of July 30, Ukrainian FP-1 drones struck the Wildberries logistics hub in Penza, Russia.

On July 29, the Ukrainian military struck the Lukoil-Permnefteorgsintez oil refinery in Perm. A direct hit and a fire on the refinery’s premises were confirmed.

This is one of Russia’s largest oil refineries, processing approximately 13 million metric tons of crude oil per year and producing fuel, jet fuel, and other products used to support the Russian military-industrial complex and the army.

Ukrainian Defense Forces also struck the Primorsky Posad training ground in the temporarily occupied territory of the Zaporizhzhia region.
