Drones attack Dnipropetrovsk region at night: 10 injured, dozens evacuated

In the night of October 19, Russian drones attacked the city of Shakhtarsk in Dnipropetrovsk region. Ten people were injured, residential buildings and vehicles were damaged, and large fires broke out, according to the State Emergency Service.
"A night-time Russian attack on Dnipropetrovsk region: 10 people injured! During the night, the enemy attacked the city of Shakhtarsk in Synelnykivskyi district with drones," rescuers noted.
According to the State Emergency Service (SES), during the night attack, the occupiers damaged three five-story residential buildings.
"Fires broke out in eight apartments, totaling over 350 sq.m. The flames destroyed passenger vehicles. Rescuers evacuated about 50 people to a safe distance," the emergency responders reported.
Currently, according to the SES, a psychological support tent has been set up at the site. Psychologists are providing assistance to local residents.
Attacks on Ukraine
It should be recalled that on October 18, Russian occupiers carried out a KAB strike on Lozova in Kharkiv region. This was the first time Russia used an aerial bomb against this city.
It is also worth noting that the day before, the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, Vitaliy Kim, reported that for the first time since the start of the war, the Russians launched two KABs at Mykolaiv, which hit the outskirts of the city.
In addition, yesterday, Russian occupiers once again attacked Sumy with drones. As a result of the strike, the railway station and several railcars were damaged.
