Fires broke out, and one person was injured as a result of a Russian drone strike on the Kyiv region, according to Mykola Kalashnyk, head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration.

Several settlements in the Kyiv region came under attack by Russian drones overnight on October 30.

According to Mykola Kalashnyk, head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, a 36-year-old woman was injured in the strike on Boryspil.

She suffered thermal burns to her face and hands, as well as lacerations to her forearm and lower leg, and was hospitalized at a local medical facility, where she is receiving all necessary care.

A fire broke out in a private house in Boryspil following the Russian drone strike, with windows shattered in two apartment buildings and several private homes. Two vehicles were destroyed and four more damaged, according to Mykola Kalashnyk, head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration.

"The drone attack is still ongoing. Please remain in safe places," Kalashnyk urged.

Major drone attack on Kyiv region on October 22

A week earlier, on the night of October 22, Russian forces carried out another large-scale drone attack on the Kyiv region.

The strike caused fires in two private houses in the Brovary district and damaged the facade of a gas station.

Tragically, a 37-year-old woman, a six-month-old infant, and a 12-year-old girl were killed in the village of Pohreby in the Brovary district. Their bodies were found inside a burned private residence.

A man in the Obukhiv district and an elderly woman in Brovary sustained injuries. Debris from the drones also set fire to a private house and a cargo truck with a trailer.
