Donetsk region under massive Russian shelling: 13 wounded in Kramatorsk
Russian forces have massively shelled the Donetsk region on Thursday, January 30. As a result, at least 13 people were injured in Kramatorsk, Vadym Filashkin, Head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, reports.
According to preliminary information, five people, including two children (an 8-year-old boy and a 7-year-old girl), were injured in Kramatorsk. By 1:30 p.m., the number of wounded victims increased to 13.
In addition, Russian shelling damaged three private homes in Kostyantynivka, six in Bilokuzmynivka, and seven in Ivanopillia, where one person was killed.
According to the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, 25 private houses were damaged in Komari, seven of which were completely destroyed. One person was injured in Chasiv Yar due to the shelling.
Nighttime attack on Ukraine
On the night of January 30, Russian invaders launched 81 drones across Ukraine. Air defense forces worked in ten regions. Ukrainian defenders shot down 37 UAVs, while 39 enemy decoy drones were lost locally.
In Sumy, a hostile drone struck an apartment building, killing four people - two married couples - and injuring nine others, including a child.
Furthermore, Russian forces also attacked the Izmail district of the Odesa region for the second consecutive night.
