What should you always do after a shower?
A doctor and mother of five who runs a health blog on YouTube recommended ending every shower with cold water.
"This is why you should always end your showers with cold water, especially targeting on tour your head and on your chest because cold helps your leptin receptors, and your leptin resistance needs to be fixed in order to balance your hormones," the doctor stated.
Additionally, this action will help you lose weight. According to the doctor, cold water will help your parasympathetic nervous system relax. After this, you'll feel refreshed and relieved of stress. Keep the cold water on your face and chest in the shower for as long as possible.
"It's really going to go a long way for your overall health as well," concluded Bowring.
