Dnipropetrovsk region under Russian attack: Fires and destruction reported

On the evening of December 13, Russian forces continued to terrorize the Dnipropetrovsk region, striking populated areas and civilian infrastructure, according to acting Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration Vladyslav Haivanenko.
"In the Mezhyrich community of the Pavlohrad district, a food service facility was damaged as a result of a missile attack. In the Nikopol district, Russian forces used FPV drones. They also shelled the area with artillery. The district center, as well as the Marhanets and Pokrov communities, came under fire," the official statement said.
In the Mezhyrich community of the Pavlohrad district, a food establishment was hit during a missile strike, with the building sustaining significant damage, the regional military administration reported.
In the Nikopol district, the enemy used FPV drones and artillery. The district center, along with the Marhanets and Pokrov communities, came under attack. As a result of the strikes, a fire broke out: one private house was completely destroyed, two others were damaged, and cars and a power line were also affected. According to updated information, two more homes and an outbuilding were damaged.

In the Slavhorod and Bohynivka communities of the Synelnykove district, the enemy carried out drone attacks. As a result, a summer kitchen caught fire in the Bohynivka community, and other outbuildings were damaged.
Information on the consequences of the shelling is being clarified. Emergency services are working at the sites to extinguish fires and minimize the impact of the attacks.
Additionally, on the evening of December 13, an enemy drone struck a multi-story residential building in Sumy.
Moreover, on the night of December 13, Russian forces launched a combined missile and drone strike on electricity generation, distribution, and transmission facilities in several regions of Ukraine.
As a result of the attack, consumers in the Odesa, Chernihiv, Kherson, Dnipropetrovsk, Kirovohrad, and Mykolaiv regions were left without electricity.
