Leading plastic surgery experts analyzed recent photos of the actress and shared their opinions on the treatments that may help her maintain such a flawless appearance.
Dr. Vakkas Jalil, founder of a plastic surgery clinic, told reporters that one of the biggest beauty trends among celebrities today is fat grafting, also known as lipofilling.
According to the surgeon, the goal of the procedure is not to create artificial volume but to restore the soft tissue support structure that naturally diminishes with age.
He added that Moore has skillfully avoided the overly frozen forehead often associated with excessive Botox use. A careful combination of fat grafting and conservative amounts of injectable treatments can create a refreshed, well-rested appearance without the "frozen face" effect.
How much does it cost?
Western media have previously reported that the total value of the actress's cosmetic treatments could exceed $500,000. Demi Moore has never publicly confirmed undergoing any cosmetic surgery.
Plastic surgeon Tia Liu believes Moore may also have had a brow and forehead lift. She suggests that the actress's signature cheekbones and the smooth area around her eyes are likely the result of highly precise micro-fat grafting.
According to Liu, Moore's youthful appearance is the result of a lifetime of consistent skincare and subtle treatments rather than one dramatic transformation.
What to know about fat grafting
Fat grafting is a minimally invasive procedure in which a patient's own fat cells are removed from areas such as the abdomen or thighs and transferred to another part of the body.
The technique is commonly used to restore volume to the lips, cheeks, and other areas of the face. As people age, the face naturally loses fullness, particularly around the eyes.
Because of this, many celebrities choose fat grafting as a way to restore a youthful glow while maintaining a natural appearance.
Demi Moore first became a Hollywood icon in the 1980s thanks to her natural beauty. More recently, she received a major award nomination for her leading role in "The Substance."

The body horror film takes a sharp swipe at society's unrealistic beauty standards for women. During the promotional tour, the actress spoke openly against ageism in Hollywood.
She said she wants to write her own story without being defined by the number on her birth certificate. Moore believes that being in your sixties today is completely different from what it used to be, and that no one has the right to tell women how they should look.
