Special forces of the Main Intelligence Directorate conducted a landing operation in Crimea and attacked Russian occupiers, according to the press service of the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine (DIU).
"The special forces of Stugna and Brotherhood, as part of the special unit commanded by Timur of the Defence Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, landed on the territory of the Crimean Peninsula and inflicted a fire impact on Moscow occupiers!" - stated the announcement.
Ukrainian fighters' special operations
This is not the first raid by Ukrainian intelligence on Crimea. On August 24, the Main Intelligence Directorate, in cooperation with the Naval Forces, conducted a special landing operation in Crimea. As a result of the process, at least 30 occupiers were eliminated, and four fast-speed boats were damaged.
Moreover, Ukrainian fighters have recently regularly attacked Russian military facilities in Crimea. Specifically, on September 22, an airstrike was carried out on the headquarters of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation in Sevastopol.
Previously, the Chief of the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine, Kyrylo Budanov, reported that at least nine individuals were eliminated during the operation, and 16 terrorists were wounded.
