Daughter of Tommy Lee Jones found dead in hotel: Shocking details

A tragedy struck the family of Hollywood actor and Oscar winner Tommy Lee Jones. His daughter, Victoria Jones, was found dead on Thursday, January 1, at a hotel in San Francisco. She was 34 years old.
RBC-Ukraine provides more details on the circumstances of her death.
The first outlet to report Victoria’s death was TMZ, citing sources in law enforcement.
Later, the information was partially confirmed by official city authorities.
According to PEOPLE, San Francisco Fire Department responders were called to a medical emergency at the San Francisco Fairmont hotel shortly before 3 a.m. local time.

An adult woman was found dead at the scene, with her name not officially released.
The San Francisco Police Department confirmed officers arrived at the hotel alongside paramedics, who pronounced the woman dead.
NBC Bay Area, citing a police source, reported that the deceased is likely Victoria Jones.
Circumstances of the death
According to The Daily Mail, the body of the Oscar winner’s daughter was discovered by a hotel guest.
She was found on the floor of the 14th floor. The man initially thought she was heavily intoxicated and alerted hotel staff.
Hotel employees tried to revive her, but she was unresponsive. They began first aid, including CPR, and called emergency services.
The medical emergency call came in on January 1 at 2:52 a.m. local time.
Medical personnel arrived at 3:14 a.m., but were unable to resuscitate Victoria.
Authorities reported no signs of trauma or foul play on her body.

Investigators say there is no reason to believe Victoria may have taken her own life.
It remains unclear how she ended up on the 14th floor of the hotel.
The cause of death has not been determined. The San Francisco Chief Medical Examiner’s Office, the Fairmont Hotel administration, and representatives of Tommy Lee Jones’ family have not yet provided official comments.

Victoria Jones was the daughter of Tommy Lee Jones and his former wife, Kimberly Claflin.
The couple also has a son, 43-year-old Austin Jones. In her youth, Victoria appeared in films: she made her debut in her father’s Men in Black II and also starred in The Three Burials of Melquiades Estrada, directed by Tommy Lee Jones.
Additionally, she appeared in an episode of the TV series One Tree Hill.
Tommy Lee Jones himself is an Academy Award winner for Best Supporting Actor for his role in The Fugitive.
