Daring raid behind Russian lines: Ukrainian Special Forces capture group of cccupiers (Video)

Ukrainian military launched an unexpected raid on Russian rear positions, capturing six occupiers, the press service of the Ukrainian Special Operations Forces (SOF) reports.
In particular, during a military operation behind enemy lines, soldiers from one of the Ukrainian SOF units forced six Russian soldiers to surrender.
"In camouflage suits, SOF operators silently approached the enemy position. During a brief firefight, the enemy group lost orientation and took cover in a dugout. The enemy didn't even have time to realize they had lost," the report states.
Not losing the initiative, the SOF soldiers approached the shelter closely and firmly ordered the Russians to throw out their weapons and crawl out one by one.
"The operators made it clear that the dugout was under fire control and further resistance would be futile. There was no resistance. The occupiers hesitated at first, but one by one, they left the dugout," the Ukrainian military added.
The operators immediately searched the soldiers from the 34th Brigade of the Russian Armed Forces for weapons and obtained information about other enemy positions.
"Glory to Ukraine, guys! Everything is fine. You'll live, don’t worry. We have no reason to kill you," said one of the SOF operators.
Special Operations on frontline in Ukraine
Ukrainian Special Forces regularly conduct operations on the frontlines in Ukraine, often in the enemy’s rear.
For example, in April, soldiers from the 6th Ranger Regiment of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine carried out a successful raid on enemy positions in one of directions, managing to replenish the prisoner exchange fund.
In March, Ukrainian SOF fighters captured nine Russian soldiers near Pokrovsk after successfully exploding an industrial building where the enemy soldiers were hiding. Afterwards, the Ukrainian military provided medical assistance to the wounded prisoners.
