Croatia's assistance to Ukraine
In March of 2023, Croatia decided to donate Mi-8 helicopters to Ukraine.
In the same month, Croatia began the transfer of 14 transport helicopters to Ukraine. Currently, twelve Mi-8MTV-1 helicopters and two Mi-8T have been withdrawn from the Croatian Armed Forces' inventory.
Back in November 2022, the Croatian Ministry of Defense approved the transfer of 14 Mi-8 and Mi-8 MTV helicopters to Ukraine.
