Crimean Bridge is important symbol for Putin - Ukrainian intelligence

The Crimean Bridge is insufficient to ensure Russia's logistics; however, it holds significant symbolic value for the Russian dictator Vladimir Putin, stated a representative of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Andrii Yusov.
"We have seen and heard reports about the construction of a railway to Crimea. However, from the standpoint of military supply alone, especially after Ukraine's successful actions in this direction, the bridge is insufficient, but as a symbol, it remains important for Putin. That's the truth," Yusov stated.
The representative of the Main Directorate of Intelligence added that the Russian dictatorship often relies on senseless symbols.
Destruction of the Crimean Bridge
Recently, The Guardian published an article discussing intelligence preparations for a third strike on the Crimean Bridge. High-ranking representatives of the Main Directorate of Intelligence informed the agency that the destruction of the bridge is "inevitable." Furthermore, it is noted that this will occur in the first half of 2024.
Commenting on The Guardian's article, Yusov stated that the information is not new, as the Crimean Bridge is a military target and subject to "neutralization."
