Former supermodel Cindy Crawford is celebrating her 59th birthday. Despite her age, she looks flawless, almost like she did 33 years ago when she was at the peak of her popularity.
What does Cindy Crawford eat
All the foods the star eats have a low glycemic index. A low-glycemic diet is a plan based on how foods affect blood sugar levels.
Examples of low-glycemic foods include the following.

"I try to do 20 minutes of cardio at least three times a week. Then I do 30 minutes to an hour of traditional lunges, kettlebell lunges, squats, and biceps curls - all things I learned 30 years ago," she says.
The celebrity also doesn't shy away from regular home activities.
"I turn on an audiobook or music while I run up and down the stairs at home for 20 minutes," Cindy said.
