Chocolate pancake with banana is a quick breakfast made with minimal ingredients. The dish is ready in 10 minutes and provides the body with energy and satiety.

Chocolate pancake for breakfast
For 1 pancake, you will need:

Oats – 4 tbsp;

Sour cream – 2 tbsp;

Eggs – 2;
-
Baking powder – 2–3 g;

Cocoa powder – 1 tbsp;

Pinch of salt;
For the filling:

Banana – 1;
-
Philadelphia cream cheese with chocolate – 40 g;

Liquid chocolate – 7 g;
Total cooking time: 10 minutes
Instructions:

In a blender, combine oats, sour cream, eggs, cocoa, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth.

If using a non-stick pan, no oil is needed. Pour in the batter, cover with a lid, and cook over medium heat for 4–5 minutes.

Flip the pancake and cook for another 1–2 minutes on the other side.

Spread with chocolate cream cheese, add banana slices, and drizzle with liquid chocolate. Top with the other half of the pancake.
