The post is one of the rare new photos of 71-year-old Bruce Willis. In recent years, the actor has rarely appeared in public, but his wife Emma Heming Willis and daughters occasionally share family moments on social media.

What is known about Bruce Willis’ illness
In March 2022, Bruce Willis’ family announced that he was stepping away from his acting career after being diagnosed with aphasia — a condition that can affect a person’s ability to speak and understand speech.
In February 2023, the family said that the actor’s condition had progressed and that he had received a more specific diagnosis — frontotemporal dementia (FTD). According to his relatives, communication difficulties were just one of the manifestations of the disease.
Frontotemporal dementia is a group of disorders that affect the frontal and temporal lobes of the brain. There is currently no way to fully cure the disease or stop its progression.
The actor’s family has asked people to treat their situation with respect and not speculate about Bruce Willis’ specific symptoms or the course of his illness.
