Breaking through: Third Assault Brigade decimates Russian 'elite' troops in Kharkiv region

The soldiers of the Third Assault Brigade have destroyed a convoy of "elite" Russian troops. The occupiers attempted to break through with tanks and buggies in the Kharkiv region, according to the Third Assault Brigade.
In the area of the village of Pershotravneve, the 4th Tank Division, the so-called "elite" Kantemirovskaya Division of the 1st Russian Tank Army, attempted to break through with a convoy of tanks and BMPs, supported by buggies, according to the report.
After coming under artillery fire, the occupiers lost the first two BMPs while still at the crossing – the vehicles simply sank.
"The FPV forces of the brigade went into action, delivering strikes during the movement of the enemy column. The infantry was unexpectedly dropped from the vehicles and was finished off by airstrikes and artillery," the brigade reported.
The military confirmed that the Russian assault ended with the destruction of a BREM (armored recovery vehicle), which had been brought in to evacuate the sunken equipment.
"The result – minus 10 units of enemy armored vehicles, 10 'two-hundred' (killed), and 30 'three-hundred' (wounded) Russian soldiers," the Third Assault Brigade added.
Frontline situation
Over the past 24 hours, on February 7, 123 combat encounters were recorded on the front. The most active directions remain Pokrovsk and Kursk. In particular, on the Kharkiv front, the Ukrainian Armed Forces repelled a Russian attack near Vovchansk.
Additionally, as President Volodymyr Zelenskyy previously mentioned, the Russian army has again brought in North Korean soldiers to the Kursk region. New assaults have already taken place in this area, with hundreds of Russian and North Korean soldiers being destroyed.
He also confirmed the Ukrainian Armed Forces' offensive in the Kursk region and revealed the first results.
