Bill Clinton accuses Trump of abandoning Ukraine and siding with Putin

US President Donald Trump has effectively betrayed his ally, Ukraine, and switched sides to Russia, its enemy, Former White House chief Bill Clinton stated.
Clinton said he was tired of the way Trump treats US allies.
He is also outraged by the current president’s growing closeness with Russian dictator Vladimir Putin.
“I’m tired of the way we treat our allies like dirt, and just last week President Trump has finally done what he threatened to do when he ran the first time, which is to abandon Ukraine and embrace Vladimir Putin all over again,” Clinton said.
Meanwhile, Bill Clinton’s wife, Hillary, also issued a sharp statement about the White House chief the day before.
She believes Trump’s latest concessions to the Kremlin could be explained by compromising information Putin allegedly has on him.
Hillary Clinton said the theory is supported by the US president’s reluctance to release the controversial Jeffrey Epstein files.
“I continue to believe that Putin has things on Trump,” she said.
Clinton speculated that it could involve photos, videos “or whatever.”
She believes the US president’s reasoning is straightforward: keep Putin happy so he does not release whatever information he has.
Earlier, RBC-Ukraine reported that Trump erupted in another heated exchange when asked about sanctions against Russia.
It also emerged why the US president was angered by his Ukrainian counterpart, Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
