Current US President Joe Biden has received a new status - he has a great-grandson. The joyful event was shared by his wife, First Lady Jill Biden.

In the photo, Joe Biden holds a rather large baby in his hands, and Jill gently adjusts the diaper in which he is wrapped.
According to reports in the American media, the boy was born weighing 10 pounds (approximately 4.6 kg). Earlier, the current US president said he was very happy about the news: "I'm going to be a great-grandfather, Lord Jesus."

It is worth noting that Joe Biden's great-grandson was given to him by his eldest granddaughter Naomi. She is the daughter of Hunter Biden (Joe Biden's youngest son) and Kathleen Buehle.
Naomi is 31 years old. In September 2021, she announced her engagement to American lawyer Peter Neal, who is 3 years younger than her.

The 82-year-old Biden had three children with his first wife, Nellie Gunther Biden: sons Beau Biden and Gunther Biden, and daughter Naomi Christine Biden. The first wife died in 1972 with her one-year-old daughter Naomi in a car accident.
