Belgium will provide Ukraine with over 600 million euros in military aid. This sum represents a percentage of frozen Russian assets, according to the Belga News Agency.

Belgium's Minister of Defense, Ludivine Dedonder, explained that the military assistance received by the Ministry of Defense of Belgium is derived from the percentages linked to frozen Russian assets.

Ukraine's Minister of Defense, Rustem Umerov, confirmed the provision of military assistance amounting to 611 million euros.

"Belgium will provide €611 million in military aid this year and has a long-term commitment to supporting the modernization of our defence forces," added the minister.
