On Sunday, November 9, three drones were spotted over the Doel nuclear power plant in Belgium, reports Deutsche Welle.

According to the spokesperson, the incident did not affect the plant’s operations in any way, and authorities were informed of what happened.
Incidents in Belgium
This is not the first time unidentified drones have been spotted over Belgium.
For example, on the night of November 1, drones were observed over the Kleine-Brogel airbase, which stores US nuclear weapons.
Later, Belgium’s Defense Minister Theo Francken reported that the drones were spying on fighter jets and munitions.
On the evening of November 4, drones were again seen near the same airbase. Belgian security services believe a foreign state is behind this series of incidents, with Russia considered the most likely suspect.
On November 6, Belgium held a National Security Council meeting. As a result, it was decided to strengthen the powers of the National Air Security Center (NASC) in response to the drone incidents.
Additionally, on November 9, it was reported that the UK is urgently sending experts and defense equipment to Belgium following these events.
