'Barbaric acts': UK outraged by Russia's massive strike on Ukraine

British Foreign Secretary David Lammy strongly condemned Russia's massive attack on Ukrainian cities, which resulted in the deaths of civilians and rescue workers, according to Lammy's statement on social media.
"Yet again, Putin is attacking cities, homes, and civilians. These are not military targets but barbaric acts. Among those killed were members of the State Emergency Services who were working tirelessly to save and protect lives," the Foreign Secretary stated.
Lammy emphasized that the victims were not military personnel and that the Russian strikes are further evidence of deliberate terror against the civilian population of Ukraine.
