Austrian Foreign Ministry summons Russian ambassador over missile attack on Hroza village
The Russian Ambassador to Austria has been summoned to the Austrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs regarding the missile strike on the village of Hroza in the Kharkiv region on Thursday, October 5, according to the Austrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
"Russia’s Ambassador in Vienna was just summoned because of yesterday’s heinous rocket attack on a village in Kharkiv Oblast, claiming dozens of innocent lives. Attacks on civilians are a war crime. Those responsible must be held accountable," the statement said.
Strike on the village of Hroza
Yesterday, Russian terrorists launched Iskander missiles at the village of Hroza in the Kharkiv region. The rockets hit a cafe and a store. At the time of the attack, a funeral for a fallen soldier was taking place there.
As of the morning of October 6, 52 people died from the attack. The latest victim died in the hospital.
The Air Force believes the Russians targeted the village of Groza from the Voronezh region. It took about 10 minutes from the start of the air raid until the strike.
