Attack on Moscow's mall marks start of Russia's 'humanitarian values' manifestation, Ukraine's intelligence
Ukraine is not involved in today's shooting at the Russian shopping center Crocus City Hall near Moscow, according to a comment to RBC-Ukraine by the representative of the Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Andrii Chernyak.
According to him, the shooting at Crocus City Hall is the result of the activities of the terrorist country Russia. Chernyak believes that by focusing all efforts on the occupation of foreign territories, Russia has lost control internally.
"In our assessment, this is just the beginning of manifestations of their so-called humanitarian values within Russia itself. Ukraine is not involved in this terrorist act," he said.
