ATESH partisans strike air defense plant in Tula, destroy communication tower

The ATESH movement attacked an air defense plant in Tula. In particular, the partisans destroyed a communications tower, according to their Telegram channel.
"Our movement’s agents successfully disabled communications at the defense plant in Tula. As a result of the sabotage, a communications tower near the Shcheglovsky Val plant was destroyed," the post reads.
It was specified that this enterprise belongs to the Russian military-industrial complex. According to the report, it develops air defense systems, rapid-fire cannons, and small arms.
"In particular, the plant’s workshops assemble Kornet anti-tank missile systems and Pantsir-S air defense missile-gun systems," the post states.
The ATESH movement also reported that they had previously conducted reconnaissance of this facility, and Ukraine’s Defense Forces had already struck the plant. However, the movement now plans to change its tactics.
"We are now moving to more active operations, destroying the enterprise’s infrastructure - and this is only the beginning!" ATESH stated.
In early September, it became known that ATESH agents disrupted Russian equipment supplies near the temporarily occupied town of Debaltseve.
In particular, they damaged rail infrastructure regularly used to transport fuel, ammunition, and military equipment.
