Another outage in Russia: Residents complain they cannot process their documents

On Monday, July 28, the only public services portal in Russia stopped working. As a result, Russians are unable to process their documents, The Moscow Times reports.
Russians are widely complaining that they cannot access the website, and when they try to refresh the page, an error appears. At the same time, users are also unable to log into their personal accounts.
The glitches have caused users to be unable to promptly obtain certificates or process documents. Currently, it is unknown when the portal will be restored.
The cause of the malfunction is still unknown. Officials have not made any comments on the situation.
Malfunction in Aeroflot’s operations
Today, July 28, the largest Russian airline, Aeroflot, also experienced a disruption. As a result, a large number of flights were canceled.
Reports online stated that due to the malfunction, at least 49 flights were canceled from Moscow’s Sheremetyevo Airport.
The hacker group Silent Crow, together with the Belarusian Cyber Partisans BY, claimed responsibility for the attack.
