Ambulance crew came under Russian attack in Kherson region: Victims reported
Russian military attacked Veletenske in the Kherson region. A woman and an ambulance crew were injured as a result of a Russian drone attack, reports the Kherson Regional Military Administration.
An ambulance crew that arrived to provide assistance came under enemy fire. The vehicle was severely damaged due to the explosives dropped from a drone.
The 60-year-old driver was wounded. He suffered blast trauma, contusion, and a head injury. The man was taken to a hospital. Currently, doctors assess his condition as serious.
Later it became known that two more ambulance workers needed medical assistance after being hit by an enemy UAV in Veletenske.
A 50-year-old paramedic and a 63-year-old driver received blast injuries and contusions.
Both men are currently in moderate condition.
