Air Force reports Shaheds attack on Ukraine launched from south
Russian forces launched Shahed kamikaze drones at Ukraine this evening, November 30. The launch was recorded in the temporarily occupied Crimea, according to the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
"Attention! Launch of Shahed-type UCAVs [Unmanned Combat Aerial Vehicles] from Chauda (Crimea) recorded," the message says.
The Air Force urges Ukrainians to follow updates and not ignore alarm signals.
Shahed attacks
Recall that Russian soldiers regularly attack Ukraine using Shahed kamikaze drones. For these strikes, they use Iranian drones, Shahed.
Such attacks often occur at night, as hostile drones are more difficult to detect during the dark hours.
The latest attempt of drone attacks occurred today, November 30, at night. In total, the enemy launched 20 kamikaze drones.
Air defense forces managed to shoot down 14 enemy drones.
