78-year-old Ukrainian TV star reveals her secret to staying young - No plastic surgery involved

According to Tsymbal, youth is a gift of nature, but with age, everything depends on the individual.

"You know, what we look like in our youth is, of course, nature's merit. But everything after that depends on how you live your life," the TV host said.

Tsymbal also admitted that she often hears from professionals that there are many elderly people with beautiful features and special charisma, while some young people look completely colorless.

"I often hear from our photographers and cameramen that there are very beautiful people of respectable age. Faces with wrinkles, hands not quite as one would wish, but still beautiful. And nearby, some young people who are absolutely faceless," the Ukrainian TV host shared.

Tsymba compared such colorless beauty to a tidy but soulless hotel room.

"Well-groomed, with perfect facial features, but it doesn't warm the soul. It's like the difference between a neat hotel room and someone's home, where you can sense their taste, fate, preferences, and character. And in that hotel room - it's a chaotic accumulation of trendy items and expensive accessories. There's even a golden loaf lying in the middle, you get me?" the TV star remarked ironically.

In her view, true beauty comes from within.

"That's why, first and foremost, what matters is good thoughts and a kind aura. That's what I believe in - beauty that comes from within. And, of course, I thank my parents for my genetics," the TV host reported.

Tsymbal also emphasized that her profession shaped the habit of always keeping herself in shape from a young age.

"Our job is like that. We were taught that we must always be in excellent shape - both on camera and in everyday life. As if a camera lens is always pointed at you," the TV host shared.

Even in daily life, she never allowed herself to look unkempt.

"I never allowed myself stockings with ladder imperfections or unstyled hair. Because 'someone might recognize me - and it would be embarrassing.' That mindset trained me so well in life that there's no going back," Tetiana said.

The star admits that kind words from strangers bring her great joy, and she tries to share kindness in return.

"And it's very pleasant when people stop me on the street and say nice things. I try to say something kind in return too, that kind of exchange of positivity is extremely important these days," the TV host concluded.
