Victoria Beckham looks 40 at the age of 50. She is always slim and fit and constantly monitors her diet and physical activity. But there is one method that helps her look so gorgeous, reports Hello.

What is the secret of Victoria Beckham's youth?

The designer and wife of David Beckham shared some of the basic rituals she uses to support her health every day.

Well-known methods can help your skin, but she also sometimes dips her face in water.

When asked what supplements she uses, the fashion designer explained that she has “a few rituals,” one of which is a cheap product sold in many supermarkets.

“I have a few rituals that I do to support my everyday health, like a couple of tablespoons of apple cider vinegar on an empty stomach in the morning,” she said.

“Then David and I usually have a green smoothie. We add spinach, broccoli, celery, cucumber, avocado, apple, lemon and ginger, so it’s anti-inflammatory and full of antioxidants and fiber,” she added.

Why apple cider vinegar is good for you

Apple cider vinegar can give you many health benefits, including helping you lose weight, lowering cholesterol and blood sugar, and helping with diabetes symptoms.

Apple cider vinegar contains malic, ascorbic, pantothenic acids, potassium, calcium, fluorine, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, as well as vitamins and minerals.

Taken together, this natural product improves overall health and intestinal function.
