Harrington emphasizes the importance of gut health and immunity as the cold months begin.

"I make this drink for gut health and immunity every morning, and it seriously changes your life," she said.

The first ingredient is a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, which, according to her, helps maintain beneficial bacteria in our gut.

"It also wonderfully helps balance blood sugar levels, which aids in everything," the expert noted.

Lemon juice is the second key ingredient, serving as a secret weapon against bloating and constipation.

"The drink works best when you consume it on an empty stomach in the morning," the dietitian advised.

You should also add a bit of garlic and honey, and don’t forget to combine it all with warm water.
