Reward yourself
If you're not a fan of exhausting workouts at the gym, try setting yourself a challenge. The blogger suggests creating a certain game. Set a goal, like working out for 30 minutes every day, and come up with a reward (a trip to the beauty salon, getting new clothes, etc.). And make sure to treat yourself to what you've been dreaming of if you don't break the conditions and promises you've made.
