17-year-old Ukrainian gymnast Onofriychuk takes gold again at back-to-back Grand Prix in Spain

Ukrainian rhythmic gymnast Taisiia Onofriichuk continues to conquer the world stage. At the second stop of the 2026 Grand Prix series in Marbella, Spain, the 17-year-old athlete delivered a commanding win in the individual all-around, according to competition results.
Golden double of the season
This marks Onofriichuk's second consecutive victory this season. After a triumphant performance at the first stage in Tartu, Estonia, Taisiia confirmed her status as a favorite in Spain as well.
With a total score of 115.500 across four routines (hoop, ball, clubs, and ribbon), the Ukrainian comfortably outpaced runner-up Takhmina Ikromova of Uzbekistan by 2.800 points. Poland's Liliana Lewinska took bronze.
Taisiia Onofriichuk's all-around scores:
- Hoop: 29.950
- Ball: 29.300
- Ribbon: 28.650
- Clubs: 27.600
Total domination and finals qualification
Thanks to her high all-around scores, Onofriichuk qualified for the finals in all four individual events. In hoop, ball, and ribbon routines, the Ukrainian gymnast posted the top results among all competitors.
Another Ukrainian, Polina Karika, also made the all-around top 10. She finished seventh with 108.950 points and will compete for medals in the ball final.
When the finals take place
The decisive performances in the individual events will be held on Sunday, March 22. Each final will feature the top eight gymnasts.
